SINGLE TUITION FEE (UKT) INSTALLMENTS FOR NEW STUDENTS
SNBT ODD SEMESTER 2024/2025

In relation to the determination of the Tuition Fees (UKT) for new students admitted through the SNBT pathway for the academic year 2024/2025, if students have any objections to the set amount, they may apply for installment payments. The process for installment payments is conducted offline by completing the form provided at the Integrated Service Unit (ULT) located on the 1st floor of Graha Utama Building, no later than July 4, 2024.

REFUND OF EXCESS TUITION FEE PAYMENTS FOR SNBP NEW STUDENTS FOR THE ODD SEMESTER OF THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR

The refund for overpayment of UKT is intended for SNBP new students from the SNBP for the 2024 cohort whose UKT increase was cancelled, changing from the initially imposed UKT Level 7-10 to UKT Level 6. It is also for students whose appeals for a reduction in UKT level were approved, but who had already paid the full UKT amount (the initial level before the reduction) for the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

Cancellation of Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Fee (IPI) Increase for Academic Year 2024/2025

Following up on the letter from the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology Number: 0511/E/PR.07.04/2024, about Cancellation of Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Fee (IPI) Increase for Academic Year 2024/2025, therefore, it is hereby announced that :

1. In the Academic Year 2024/2025, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura will not implement any increase in the levels of Tuition Fees (UKT) or additional options for Institutional Development Fees (IPI). Therefore, the UKT and IPI will remain the same as the previous year.
2. For students who have already paid tuition fees higher than those for the 2023/2024 academic year, UTM will refund the overpayment.
3. Students admitted through the SNBP who have not yet completed their re-registration can still do so until June 7, 2024. However, students at UKT levels 7, 8, 9, or 10 will have their levels reduced to level 6.
4. The technical regulations resulting from this will be announced in due course.
