Universitas Trunojoyo Madura (UTM) is a public university located on Jalan Raya Telang, Kamal, Bangkalan, East Java on the island of Madura, Indonesia. Universitas Trunojoyo Madura was originally a private university that officially became a public institution based on the Presidential Decree dated July 5, 2001. This university was officially inaugurated on July 23, 2001, by President Abdurrahman Wahid. Universitas Trunojoyo Madura is the seventh state university in East Java.

Universitas Trunojoyo Madura is built on an area of 28.5 hectares, located five kilometers from Kamal Port in Madura and 15 km from Bangkalan.
